Mark Merrill

Chairman & CEO

Mark S. Merrill joined Old Dominion National Bank as Executive Vice President in December 2015, bringing 16 years of banking and financial services experience in the Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland markets. In June, 2016, Mark was promoted to the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, and then in July 2019 to Chairman & CEO.

Mark is a thought leader and motivated team player with professional experience that includes being a seasoned executive leader in community banking at a high-performing and the fastest-growing startup bank (Tower Bancorp, Inc. and Graystone Bank) in Pennsylvania history, an executive leader at two of the largest community banks headquartered in the D.C. Metro Area (EagleBank and Virginia Commerce Bank), a founder of a technology and social good startup, and a C.P.A. and Financial Services advisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the largest professional services firm in the world.

Mark has led corporate strategic initiatives side-by-side with the President and CEO, and Board of Directors of three multi-billion dollar community banks from 2006 to 2014. His areas of focus include: leadership development, servant leadership, strategic alignment, workplace culture, recruitment, build and retain high-performing teams, capital markets (private placement common equity and debt offerings, initial public offerings and related NASDAQ listing, and publicly issued common equity), core business expansion with profitable growth (regional alignment, strategic deployment of capital, and profitability measurement), mergers and acquisitions, finance, accounting, tax, treasury, asset-liability and risk management functions, investment securities portfolio management, and shareholder relations.

Jack Infield

President

Jack joined Old Dominion National Bank in August 2016, and currently serves as President for Old Dominion National Bank and Centre 1st. In this role, Jack has been instrumental as a leader in bringing shareholders into the bank’s successful capital raise in 2016, and is tasked with oversight of ODNB’s strategic initiatives, commercial real estate lending and shareholder relations.

Jack is a seasoned banker with more than four decades of community bank experience, including serving as a Regional President for two successful de novo startup banks and playing key executive leadership roles at regional banks with assets ranging from under $500 million to more than $60 billion. Most recently, he served as Regional President for Graystone Bank and its successor Susquehanna Bank.

Jack is passionate about giving back to his community. He has served as Chair of United Way Board as well as Campaign Chair for the United Way, President of the Downtown Improvement District, Fund Raising Chair of the YMCA. Currently he is Chair of the Centre County Industrial Authority and General Authority, Chair of Centre County Children’s Advocacy Center, and serves on the Boards of the Penn State Renaissance Committee, the J B Griffith (Shaner) Foundation and the Centre County Sports Hall of Fame.

Kevin Albrigo

Kevin Albrigo

Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer

Kevin Albrigo joined Old Dominion National Bank in November 2016, to serve as Executive Vice President, Lending, and was promoted to Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer in July 2019. As SEVP, Kevin is responsible for leading efforts with executive management to develop and implement appropriate revenue solutions, focusing on commercial real estate, healthcare and professional services, non-profits and associations. He manages a team of industry leaders maximizing portfolio growth and profitability through effectively planning, developing, and implementing the organizations lending strategies.

Prior to joining ODNB, Kevin served as the Managing Director at SunTrust Private Wealth Management, where he led multiple teams across the Mid-Atlantic region focused on delivering tailored wealth and financial services for physicians and their practices.

A community bank veteran, Kevin began his banking career in 1996 in the management trainee program at First Virginia Bank. Following various leadership roles in retail banking and consumer and commercial lending, Mr. Albrigo left First Virginia in 2003 (shortly after the BB&T acquisition) to join Arlington based Virginia Commerce Bank. As Senior Vice President in the Alexandria and Vienna lending teams, Mr. Albrigo developed a focus in healthcare banking providing high-quality loan portfolio growth as the bank reached milestone achievements exceeding $1B and then $2B in total assets.

In 2010, Mr. Albrigo joined WashingtonFirst Bank to establish and lead its Healthcare Division, where he rapidly expanded the bank’s loan portfolio through concierge-style service within healthcare, real estate, and private banking. During his six-years with WFB, Mr. Albrigo served on the bank’s credit quality review teams supporting the acquisitions of Alliance Bankshares and Millennium Bank, NA propelling the bank above $1B in total assets.

A graduate of Villanova University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a registered investment professional, and has completed the Virginia Banker’s Association School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

Kevin has been a resident of Northern Virginia since 1976, and is actively involved in the community as a youth athletics coach and with several non-profit organizations and their fundraising committees. Residing in Lansdowne, Kevin and his wife Molly, are parents of four boys.

Penny Bladich

Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer

Penny Bladich is Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial lending, while working with a team of seasoned bankers to grow and manage the Bank’s commercial loan relationships.

Prior to joining ODNB in 2017, Penny served as Senior Vice President and Market Executive for Cardinal Bank, where she was responsible for the business development efforts of a team of commercial lenders, business development officers and branch managers, while managing a sizable commercial loan portfolio. Prior to joining Cardinal in 2008, Penny’s banking career has included positions as a Vice President and Commercial Lender for BB&T and a Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Lender for TIB Bank. Before entering the banking industry, she worked for a leading global alternative investment management firm with a focus on high-net-worth families and for one of Florida’s largest privately-owned development companies.

Committed to the community, Penny currently serves on the Board of Directors for the PGA Reach Middle Atlantic Section and is the Immediate Past Board Chair for Medical Care for Children Partnership Foundation (MCCP). Additionally, she is active in various chambers, networking and civic organizations in the Northern Virginia and DC Metro region.

Penny holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from the Lutgert College of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University, is a graduate of The Virginia Banker’s Association School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and Leadership Fairfax, Class of 2012.

Marsha

Marsha Bradshaw

Executive Vice President, Head of Consumer Lending

Marsha Bradshaw joined Old Dominion National Bank in June 2022 to serve as Executive Vice President, Head of Consumer Lending. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of consumer lending including loan production, product development, compliance and consumer credit risk.

Marsha has 30 years of consumer lending and banking experience in the Northern Virginia and D.C. Metro region.  Most recently she held the position of Vice President, Real Estate Lending with Tower Federal Credit Union where she managed loan originations, operations and servicing.  Prior to that, Marsha was the Senior Vice President, Mortgage Division of WashingtonFirst Bank, from 2013 to 2015 and Senior Vice President, Mortgage and Consumer Lending for Virginia Commerce Bank from 2004 to 2013.

She holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and completed the Certified Financial Planner curriculum with College for Financial Planning, Denver, CO.

Sushil Clarence

Sushil Clarence

Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer

Sushil Clarence, joined Old Dominion National Bank, as Executive Vice President, Commercial Lender, and was promoted to EVP, Chief Banking Officer in July 2019. Sushil will focus on serving commercial clients primarily in Greater Washington’s government contracting and technology industries, as well as, Treasury Services.

Sushil has 30 years of financial services experience in the region, the last 13 of which he spent with Cardinal Bank, as an Executive Vice President and Manager of the company’s Government and Technology Group. Prior to that, Sushil was a Senior Vice President and City Executive for BB&T from 1998 to 2003. From 1990 to 1995, he was a Senior Vice President at Columbia First Bank in Arlington, Va. A lifelong Washington D.C. metro banker, Sushil began his banking career in 1985 with the National Bank of Washington.

The Rockville, Md. resident earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Texas. He also earned a B.S. in Physics from Osmania University in India.

Rick Horn

Richard Horn

Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Rick joined Old Dominion National Bank in August 2019 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, bringing almost 30 years of legal, corporate and bank regulatory experience. At Old Dominion, Rick will join the bank’s executive management team and will offer legal and strategic guidance to the business and operational functions of the bank. He will also focus on expanding and developing the bank’s relationships with business and community leaders in the Greater Washington, DC market.

Prior to joining Old Dominion, Rick served as a founder and the Chief Operating Officer of VisionBank (in organization), helping to organize the bank’s founding group, board of directors, and senior management team. Prior to that, Rick served as a founding director and general counsel of WashingtonFirst Bank, where he managed the bank’s regulatory, compliance and governance functions. Before joining WashingtonFirst, Rick was in private practice with Bracewell, LLP for 17 years, representing clients in federal and state courts and administrative tribunals, and in state and federal agency proceedings in a broad array of business and commercial disputes.

John currently serves as Executive Vice President, Credit for Old Dominion National Bank. John is responsible for the management and administration of the Bank’s credit guidelines and metrics ensuring appropriate credit risk mitigation.

Prior to joining ODNB, John as a Senior Credit Manager at Cardinal Bank in McLean, Virginia. John’s Banking career spans more than 30 years. John has a wealth of credit management and oversight experience; previously holding roles in the credit function with SunTrust Bank, CCA Financial Services, Inc., Crestar Bank and Signet Bank. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University.

Jennifer Kim

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Jen currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Old Dominion National Bank. Jen is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company’s finance and accounting functions, including financial and regulatory reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, and financial forecasting for our organization.

Prior to joining Old Dominion, Ms. Kim served as Controller for two community banks in the greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area, and was responsible for all aspects of accounting and regulatory reporting overseeing general accounting functions. She also has experience in public accounting, working for a firm that specialized in external audits for community banks. Ms. Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in accounting, at the University of Central Florida, Orlando, Florida. In addition, she is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management, Charlottesville, Virginia.

Howard Stein

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Howard S. Stein joined Old Dominion National Bank in 2017 from MY CU Services LLC, a provider of payment and technology services for credit unions, where he served as Chief Operating Officer for five years. Prior to that, he served as Chief Information Officer and Director of Operations at Graystone Bank in Pennsylvania for more than 6 years.

Mr. Stein was part of the team that started Graystone Bank, the fastest-growing startup bank (Tower Bancorp, Inc. and Graystone Bank) in Pennsylvania history. He began his banking career in 1993 with Waypoint Bank(formerly Harris Savings Bank), where he worked for nearly 12 years. Mr. Stein earned his bachelor's degree from West Virginia University in 1992.

Lilah Yosufy

Executive Vice President, Chief Deposit Officer

Lilah Yosufy has joined Old Dominion National Bank, bringing 24 years of commercial banking experience to her role, with a focus on growing the Bank’s commercial deposit relationships in Northern Virginia and the D.C. Metro region, specifically in the title, government contracting, healthcare, nonprofit and professional services industries.

Most recently, Lilah served as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Service Officer for United Bank following its acquisition of Cardinal Bank. In her position, she was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the local business community, by providing innovative solutions to her clients for cash management and deposit service needs. Prior to United Bank, Lilah’s banking career has included positions as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Service Executive for Cardinal Bank and a Vice President and Branch Manager for BB&T Bank. Lilah has been a long-time resident of Northern Virginia.

Committed to the community, Lilah is active in the community through her participation in various chambers and other networking and charitable events.

Lilah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration from Marymount University. Paul Buitrago

Paul Buitrago joined Old Dominion National Bank in December 2023 to serve as Senior Vice President and Market Executive for Fairfax County, Virginia. He is responsible for providing traditional commercial banking products and services to clients in Fairfax County, Northern Virginia, Maryland and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Paul’s expertise lies in the realm of lending to small businesses and non-profit organizations, with proficiency in sectors such as Government Contracting, Waste Management, Title companies, Associations and operating companies/Investors interested in purchasing or refinancing commercial real estate.

Paul has 21 years of experience in commercial banking. He has worked for various community banks including EagleBank, Alliance Bank, Bank of Georgetown and Capital Bank. Prior to joining Old Dominion National Bank, Paul spent a decade at Capital Bank where he served as Market Executive for Virginia and DC. In this capacity, he successfully led a team consisting of five commercial lenders and two portfolio managers. Paul received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Maryland (College Park) in 2004. He is also a graduate of the Virginia Banker’s Association School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

Vishal Gandhi

Prior to joining Old Dominion, Vishal had spent six years with Freedom Bank of Virginia, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Team Leader for the Bank’s Government Contractor Division. From 2008 to 2012, he served as a Business Banker at First Citizens Bank. Gandhi began his financial services career in 2006 at Wachovia.

Gandhi earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University and holds the Series 79 Investment Banking license. He lives in Arlington with his wife and two daughters. Gandhi is active in the community through participation in various business chambers and other networking and charitable events.

Frank Grace

Frank joined Old Dominion National Bank in January 2024 to serve as Chief Business Development Officer. He is leading the banks Title & Escrow Services Division as it continues to expand deposit relationships from across the county.

Frank has worked in the community banking industry for over 45 years with most of that time serving in leadership roles at community banks located in the Greater Washington area. Frank joined ODNB from Capital Bank, where he served as Executive Vice President since 2017. Prior to that, he served as Market President at United Bank.

Toan Nguyen-Viet joined Old Dominion National Bank in 2018 and is responsible for working with designated commercial customers with the broad-minded focus of offering a variety of ancillary financial services available through ODNB and ODNB Insurance Services. He began his career in commercial banking in 2010 with The Business Bank. Prior to his time at Old Dominion National Bank, Toan worked in various roles at WashingtonFirst Bank.

Toan is a lifelong resident of the washington DC area and graduated from the University of Maryland College Park, where he earned a dual degree in Marketing and Finance. Toan and his wife alexa reside in Arlington, VA with their son.

Todd Rowley

Todd Rowley

Senior Vice President, Director of Business Development

Todd Rowley serves as the Market Executive of Metropolitan Washington and the Regional President for Central Virginia, which includes the market regions of Charlottesville and greater Richmond.

Todd holds an MBA with honors in Finance and Operations Research/Management Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) Pamplin College of Business, and a Graduate Degree in Banking Finance from the University of Delaware Stonier Graduate School of Banking with honors. Todd has also earned Associate of Applied Science degrees in Cybersecurity and Cloud Computing Specialization and Infrastructure from Northern Virginia Community College conferred with Summa Cum Laude honors, and an Associate of Science degree in Information Systems Technology from Northern Virginia Community College with Summa Cum Laude honors.

Todd was appointed to serve a three-year term as a member of the Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s 5th District. The 5th District includes District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and Committee Chair of LEAD Virginia, and a Board Member for the Virginia Governor’s Virginia Growth and Opportunity Initiative for Virginia’s Region 7. Todd has a long history of involvement in community engagement, currently serving as a Board Member of the Virginia Tech Pamplin School of Business Advisory Council, a member of Virginia Tech President’s Leadership Council, the Capital Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP) and a Board Member of the Northern Virginia Workforce Investment Board. Todd is also a graduate of Leadership Fairfax, Leadership Charlotte, and the 2011 class of LEAD Virginia. In addition, Todd serves as a Board, Executive Committee Member and past Chairman of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce; and has served as a past Board Member and Chairman of the Northern Virginia Community College. Todd is an active board member and Treasurer of the Charlottesville Chamber of Commerce.

Richard Schoen

Rick brings 35 years of residential and commercial real estate lending experience, primarily in the greater Washington DC area. Beginning his banking career with Virginia National Bank in the Tidewater area of Virginia. Through the Bank’s growth into Bank of America, Rick moved to Northern Virginia in 1987. Thereafter Rick then transitioned into community banking with Acacia Federal Savings Bank in 2002 and Cardinal Bank in 2010. Most recently, he has been the Senior Vice President and Market Manager for Virginia with Presidential Bank.

Rick earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and a Masters of Science in Business – Real Estate and Urban Land Development from Virginia Commonwealth University and is Fairfax county resident.

Jessica Sinnott

Jessica joined Old Dominion National Bank in January 2024 as a part of our Fiduciary Bank – Title & Escrow Division. Jessica is responsible for serving commercial banking clients, particularly in the title and settlement industry from across Northern Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and the Mid-Atlantic.

Jessica joins ODNB from Capital Bank, N.A. in Rockville, Maryland, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President. Prior to her time at Capital Bank, Jessica spent five years with Bank of Georgetown and over six years with Alliance Bank. Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University at Albany SUNY.

Jacob (Jake) Snider joined Old Dominion National Bank in 2021 as a Commercial Lender. A lifelong resident of Washington, DC, Jake’s banking career spans almost a decade. He focuses on all facets of commercial/industrial (C&I) and commercial real estate lending, with specializations in the government contracting and healthcare/medical industries. In his position, Jake is responsible for developing new client relationships through commercial loans, deposits and other bank products and services. Prior to his time at Old Dominion National Bank, Jake was a Relationship Manager with EagleBank’s C&I and Government Contractor Division. He also previously worked at Sandy Spring Bank (formerly WashingtonFirst Bank) in various commercial lending roles.

Jake is a member of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington’s Associate Leadership Council and DC Real Estate Group. He is active in the community through his participation in various chambers and other networking and charitable events. Jake earned his Master’s Degree from King’s College London and his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. He resides in Washington, DC.

Richard M. Sobonya

Senior Vice President, Market Executive - Arlington & DC, Real Estate Lending

Richard M. Sobonya is responsible for serving commercial banking clients, particularly with commercial real estate and construction lending solutions in Arlington, Northern Virginia, and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Sobonya joined ODNB from National Capital Bank of Washington, where he served as Senior Vice President and Construction Lending Director for the Washington metro area. Prior to that, he was a commercial lender in Northern Virginia and the Washington area for Freedom Bank of Virginia, Bank of Georgetown, and M&T Bank. He began his career in investment management and public accounting with Washington-area firms after earning his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elon University.

Gregory Jay RESIZED

Greg Jay is responsible for serving commercial banking clients, particularly in Loudoun County and across the Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Jay joined ODNB from Atlantic Union Bank, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and Community Relationship Manager. Earlier in his 27-year Loudoun County commercial banking career, he was with John Marshall Bank, Bank of Clarke County, Virginia Commerce Bank, and BB&T.

Jay earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory & Henry College, received his certifications in Principles of Banking, Consumer Lending and Advanced Consumer Lending from the American Institute of Banking, and attended the banking school at Wake Forest University. He has also served as a Board Member of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce from 2006 to 2020 and was the Chairman of the Board in 2016. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Loudoun Laurels Foundation.

Lesley utilizes her vast network of local individuals and works in partnership with teammates across the Consumer Division to offer enhanced concierge-style banking solutions through a variety of existing and new products and services.  Prior to joining Old Dominion National Bank, Lesley began her banking career in 2000 as a Branch Manager for Chevy Chase Bank working directly with consumers, non-profits and small to medium sized businesses throughout the Northern Virginia area. After Chevy Chase Bank, Lesley had various management and portfolio management roles in banking working with high net worth clients at Bank of America, HSBC and recently SunTrust Bank in the Private Wealth Management Group in Vienna, VA.

A graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, Lesley earned her BA in Economics. Lesley is a formerly licensed financial advisor and enjoys building relationships with her clients to serve as a true financial partner for their banking needs and financial goals. Lesley has been a resident of Northern Virginia since 1976, and enjoys spending time with her family and twin daughters. Jim Abdo

Mr Abdo is the President and CEO of Abdo Development, a leading D.C. developer specializing in adaptive re-use of urban properties primarily in the Washington metro area and throughout Northern Virginia. In addition to his deep knowledge of the Greater Washington real estate market, Abdo brings prior bank board experience.

Mr. Abdo served on the Bank of Georgetown Board and its Loan Committee for eight years until its 2016 merger with United Bank. Mr. Abdo is active in the local business community and philanthropy, as he currently serves on the board of the Institution of Current World Affairs, is an Honorary Trustee of Arena Stage and is a member of the Federal City Council. Mr. Abdo earned his B.A. in Sociology and History from The College of Wooster.

Mr. Athey is the Founder and President of Congressional Capital, LLC. In addition to his work at Congressional Capital, LLC, Mr. Athey is the President of Congressional Properties, Inc., which develops residential and commercial projects in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Athey received his B.A. with Distinction from the University of Virginia in 1999 and received his J.D. from the William and Mary School of Law in 2003. After graduating from law school, Mr. Athey was a law clerk for the Honorable Claude M. Hilton, who was then the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. After completing his clerkship, Mr. Athey practiced law at Reed Smith, LLP from 2004 through 2006. In 2006, Mr. Athey left Reed Smith, LLP to focus on the management of his family real estate assets and to work as a Washington, D.C. area advisor to a large real estate private equity fund. In 2008, Mr. Athey joined Webster Book, LLP, where he was a trial lawyer with particular focus on real estate litigation and federal court litigation. While practicing law at Webster Book, LLP, Mr. Athey managed his family real estate assets and managed Capitol Properties, Inc. Mr. Athey has been a director of the Bank since 2018.

Ms. Bognet serves on the board of directors of Bognet Construction Associates, Inc., a commercial general contractor in the Washington metropolitan region. In that role, she works closely with the Bognet executive team on corporate strategy and community relations. 

Prior to joining Bognet Construction, she worked in the software industry in both sales and systems engineering for Oracle Corporation and Marriott International. She is very active in commercial real estate industry organizations and in the business community including The Greater Washington Board of Trade and the Tysons Partnership. Ms. Bognet has her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Science in Information Systems from George Mason University, and an Executive Education from Harvard Business School. Additionally, she was recognized as Washington Business Journal's, Women Who Mean Business Class of 2014, Bisnow Commercial Real Estate Power Woman in 2014, and Bisnow Commercial Real Estate Woman of Influence in 2017.

Joe DiPasquale

Mr. DiPasquale is a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, where his practice encompasses corporate restructuring, complex bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, corporate transactions, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including health care, hospitality, energy, real estate, retail, distribution, manufacturing, and finance.

For more than two decades, Mr. DiPasquale has built a strong record of success serving as lead counsel, trusted advisor, strategist, and fiduciary in high-stakes insolvencies. He represents debtors, creditors’ committees, Chapter 11 and 7 trustees, receivers, assignees, equity holders, secured creditors, private equity/hedge funds, and other parties. From 2009 to 2014, Mr. DiPasquale served on the managing board of directors of Team Capital Bank (TCB) and chaired the bank’s risk committee. He was involved in the June 2014 merger of TCB into Provident Financial Services (Provident Bank), a publicly traded company. From 1994 through 1997, he was a principal of NJ Lenders Corp., one of the largest mortgage banking firms in New Jersey. In 1994, he was appointed to the New Jersey Criminal Disposition Commission by Governor James Florio. Mr. DiPasquale also serves as a director on the board of Cornerstone Family Programs & Morristown Neighborhood House. He previously served on the board of directors of the New Jersey Friends of Roger Williams School of Law Foundation as well as the fundraising committee of the Community FoodBank of New Jersey. After completing law school, Mr. DiPasquale served as the law clerk for the Hon. William F. Tuohey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. DiPasquale has been a director of the Bank since January 2019.

Charlene Friedman

Charlene Friedman is the Chief Financial Officer of the Friedman Real Estate Group located in State College Pennsylvania. Her company manages an impressive portfolio of over 140 properties which includes hotel, retail, commercial and residential units. Ms. Friedman brings a wealth of experience to the real estate industry as an owner, manager and teacher. She holds several professional designations to include a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) to name a few.

The Friedman family’s contributions to the Central Pennsylvania marketplace have had a significant positive influence for many years. Charlene has lived in Central Pennsylvania for over 40 years and has been active as a teacher through Penn State using experience for real estate ownership and management. In addition, she has had a dominant role in community development and philanthropy serving on boards and officer positions using her role to give back. The Ed and Charlene Friedman Family Fund, initiated with an estate gift from Ed upon his passing in 2020, serves as a beacon of hope providing essential funding for non-profits and families in need.

He is a member of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA) and the leader of the Building Leaders Group made up of the executives of the top 20 Public and Private Buildings in the Washington metropolitan area. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Levy spent over 23 years at Citigroup Global Markets as a Managing Director and Head of the Bank and Financial Services Group, and Salomon Brothers Inc. as a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Department. Mr. Levy currently serves on the Board of Directors of FirstSun Capital Bancorp, a bank holding company with approximately $7.4 billion in assets. Alfred Moses

Mr. Moses is currently Vice Chairman and Co-Founder of Promontory Interfinancial Network, the largest provider of deposit allocation services to U.S. banks, Co-Founder Emeritus of Promontory Financial Group, a leading global financial services risk management and regulatory compliance firm, and Senior Counsel in Covington & Burling LLP’s Washington, D.C. office. He is also currently a member of the Diplomatic Council on Energy Security (SAFE), chair of UN Watch, co-chair of the Board of Governors of Beit Hatfutsot in Tel Aviv, chair of the American Jewish Committee’s National Advisory Council, and a member of the International Board of Atidim, the Council on Foreign Relations and the Metropolitan Club.

His distinguished career in public service includes serving the Carter administration as Special Advisor and Special Counsel to the President, as well as the Clinton administration as Ambassador to Romania and Special Presidential Envoy for the Cyprus Conflict. Mr. Moses worked over two decades to free Jews and others in Communist Romania, for which he was honored in 2002 as the only American to be awarded Romania’s Marc Cruce medal. He is a published author who has written and lectured extensively on banking, legal, international relations and social issues. A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Moses served as an active duty intelligence officer and on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations. He received his B.A. degree with Highest Distinction from Dartmouth College, did graduate work at the Princeton Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, and received his JD from Georgetown University Law School. Mr. Moses has been a director of the Bank since July 2019.

Mayur Patel

Mr. Patel is the co-founder and currently a principal of Laughner Patel Developers, LLC (LPD). LPD provides real estate development services for projects ranging from medical office buildings to commercial office buildings, including bank branches, to hotels. LPD specializes in the design, development and construction of these real estate facilities.

Before founding LPD, Mr. Patel served as general counsel to Hersha Hospitality Trust, a publicly traded hospitality REIT. During his time there, Hersha moved from the AMEX to the New York Stock Exchange, and the company grew from 19 hotels located primarily in the Northeastern United States to 85 hotels located throughout the country. As general counsel, he completed over one hundred real estate and financial transactions as well as helped the development of real estate projects throughout the East Coast, including New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, PA. Mr. Patel graduated from Randolph Macon College in Ashland, VA with BA’s in International Relations and Political Science, then earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the Villanova University School of Law, and is a licensed Pennsylvania attorney. Mr. Patel has been a director of the Bank since 2018.

Mr. Poole is CEO of several companies including S&A Homes, a home building and land development company, Poole Anderson Construction, a construction management design / build and general contracting firm, Allied Mechanical and Electrical, a comprehensive electrical, HVAC and plumbing contractor, and Space Mart Development Company, LP, a property management company, all based in Central Pennsylvania.

S&A Homes, Inc. has consistently been listed as one of the top builders of single and multi-family residential homes in the country and in 2016, Affordable Housing Finance listed S&A’s Affordable Housing Division on their list of Top 50 developers. As CEO of Space Mart and Partner in Urban Storage Fund, he has developed self-storage facilities along the east coast. Mr. Poole develops and invests in many areas of Real Estate including apartments and retail centers. Mr. Poole has served on the Geisinger Health Board of Directors since 2005. Mr. Poole is Chair of the Schreyer Honors College Advisory Board and serves on the Board of Visitors for the Smeal College of Business. Mr. Poole’s service also included serving on the boards of several public bank and bank holding companies including United Federal Bank, Waypoint Financial Corp., Tower Bancorp, Inc., and Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. Mr. Poole earned a B.S. degree in accounting at Penn State in 1972 and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson. Mr. Poole was recognized with Penn State’s Alumni Fellow Award in 2001 and the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2006. Mr. Poole is a member of the President’s Club, the Atherton Society, and the Laurel Circle of the Mount Nittany Society. Mr. Poole has been a director of the Bank since 2018.

Mr. Reilly is an experienced bank director, and was a founding board member of Reston, Virginia-based WashingtonFirst Bank, and its parent company WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc., from 2004 until its sale to Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc. in 2017. He is currently on the board of the Melanoma Research Foundation, as well as, managing member of DC Wings of hope.
