TYSONS CORNER, Va., April 27, 2026 – Old Dominion National Bank (“ODNB”) is pleased to announce the promotion of Penny Bladich to Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer, advancing from her current role as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer.
Penny joined ODNB in 2017 and has been instrumental in overseeing all aspects of the Bank’s commercial lending platform. In her expanded role as SEVP, Chief Lending Officer, she will continue to lead ODNB’s lending strategy, portfolio management, and credit discipline while supporting the Bank’s long-term growth objectives across its core markets.
Penny brings more than two decades of commercial banking experience to the role. Prior to joining ODNB, she served as Senior Vice President and Market Executive at Cardinal Bank, where she led business development efforts for a team of commercial lenders while managing a sizable and diverse loan portfolio. Her earlier career includes roles as Vice President and Commercial Lender at BB&T and Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Lender at TIB Bank. Before entering banking, she worked with a global alternative investment management firm focused on high-net-worth families and with one of Florida’s largest privately owned development companies.

Penny is deeply committed to community involvement. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Medical Care for Children Partnership Foundation (MCCP), the PGA Reach Middle Atlantic Section, and the Country Club of Fairfax. She is also active with other non-profit and civic organizations throughout Northern Virginia and the Washington, D.C. metro region.

Penny holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Lutgert College of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University, is a graduate of The Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management, completed the Bank Executive Leadership Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and is a graduate of Leadership Fairfax, Class of 2012.
